dosage too low?

T3: 0.04
I have just start Cytomel (a week ago).  My symptoms have not changed.  I am also on 88 Levo.  Before I was trying to inc myself on just levi so I was up to 144.  Now that I have started the Cytomel, my doc wanted me to decrease it.  My main concern is the swelling in my face and under my chin.  Will it go down?  My neck is not hard anymore and the headaches have gone away for the most part, but my current physician seems that the huge soft extra layer that goes all the way from one cheek to the other sometimes is not concerning.  It goes up and down.  What is it and will it go away, or is my dosage too low.

Need some clarity on your test results.  Can you please get a copy of your test reports and post results from the time before starting on thyroid med, also results from the time when on the higher dose of T4 med when you were feeling good, and the most recent results.  Please include reference ranges.

Sorry, Im not very familiar with these numbers.  I was unclear on the difference so I will say Total T3.  I just saw the range was 0.04-0.57.  I didn't know that that wasn't my actual number.  The cytomel dosage is 5 mcg daily.  My T4 was orginally way too low but bc I had been taken a higher dosage of levo it shot thru the roof and my level was too high.  Im not sure of the number.  I felt fine on the high dosage but the doc said it was dangerous.  Now I feel like I'm back to square one with All the symptoms a low thyroid brings.  No energy, fuzzy head, weight gain, etc. The swelling in my face and neck is uncomfortable and hard to sleep.  The "liquid"  moves but I'm not sure where to.

We want to help, but we need much more info.

First, please check the T3 result you posted.  Also, is that  Total T3 or Free T3?   Also, please post the reference range shown on the lab report.  Please post any other thyroid test results and their ranges as well.  What is your daily dosage of Cytomel?  What other symptoms do you still have/
