estrogen and thyroid
Thanks to all the answers you have provided regarding my question on symptoms and test numbers. Just wondering as I said before my TSH was 1.28 and the pcp considered that normal so he did no othe testing. I also take estrogen for that total hysterectomy that I had due to the heavy periods. Can this affect the TSH and or the thyroid-certainly he knew this when he ordered the test as he prescribes the med, I was just wondering before I call to ask for the FT3 and FT4 tests if this could be skewing the results at all.
