help

I am about 5'8 and weigh about 125 pounds.  I am very thin.  I eat everything I shouldn't eat...bread, pasta, pizza, fast food, chips, etc.  Regardless of my eating habits and not working out I remain thin.  I have major anxiety issues.  My heart races.  My hair is very coarse.  I have a lot of hair but it falls out in handfuls when I take a shower.  I have headaches and allergies year round.  My heart races sometimes.  Sometimes I can feel it/ hear it when I am laying down to go to sleep.  My hands shake sometimes too and I just feel like I'm on overdrive inside, yet I am exhausted.  If I wake up early in the morning I'm tired but can't fall back asleep.  I had thyroid tests done about a year ago and they came back normal.  My mother has MS and HYPERTHYROID.  She had to have it burned out.  I feel like I'm going crazy.  I need a really good endocrinologist who will do extensive testing and hopefully find an answer.  Does anyone know of an amazing doctor in my area?  I live in Long Island, New York.
