Hypothyroidism - could coffee creamer be the culprit?

47 year old female who had my thyroid remove 1 1/2 years ago.  Had my annual thyroid bloodwork and check up the other day only to find that my level had jumped from 1.4 to 12.34.  I knew something was up, I had gad gained 12 pounds in a month but chalked it up to the holidays.  I was suffering from a cold so blamed the fatigue on that.  Now I know better!  I was taking my 1.88 Levoxly exactly as prescribed but now this!!!!  What could have happened?  I'm wondering if the one cup of coffee I enjoy, with cream,  during the hour I wait between taking my meds and eating is throwing my level off or would that make a difference?  My doc is just too busy to be bothered with me I'm affraid.  Don't have another appointment for 12 weeks and my numbers are scaring me.  What do you think?
Thank you so very much for you time and consideration!

"I'm wondering if the one cup of coffee I enjoy, with cream,  during the hour I wait between taking my meds and eating is throwing my level off"

- I doubt is does much, if at all.  BUT, If this is what you do all the time, then your levels would not have changed, as it is the same routine. A same routine will produce the same results.

The big question is if you have consistancy with your lab test days. Blood draw should be near the same time each lab day. What you do before the lab on those days should be consitant as well. Best to get labs in the same morning hour, same distance of time from meds. Many people that get labs in the morning, take there meds after the lab test.

One AM lab vs a PM lab is not that comparable.

Still, all that said, your tsh (1.4 to 12.34) should not have changed that much when you no longer have a thyroid I would think. I am assuming you did have your COMPLETE thyroid removed.

Is the cup of coffee a new thing, or have you been doing that the whole time?

What do you use for creamer?  The real thing?  If not, have you recently changed that at all?
