hyperthyroid--subclincial??

Hi I got some blood work numbers ..not sure all the same T's you all talk about.. can anyone help interpret?? I am such a newbie to all this.. THANKS

T3U 33 range (23-40) %

T4 7.9 range (4.8-13.9) ug/dl

FTI 2.6 range (1.704.7)

TSH .02 range (3.4-4.82) uIU/ML up? from .006

ESR 52 range (0-20) mm/hr down from 99

PLTCT 391 range (140-391) down from 492

Heres the rest of story
I am new to this chat and thyroid issues all together.Sorry if this is long.. but I am looking for support/answers until I see my ENDO in 7 weeks! my GP isn't well versed in this stuff so he referred me to an Endo
A little background..i went for what I thought was strep throat/viral thingy and ended up at emergency room cuz of a pulse rate at 175.. they werent sure what was swrong.. released after 4 days
Long story short.. my Cardioligst and GP later tested me and thought thyroid. So i had an ultrasound then scn/uptake
Seems my TSH was .006 (nonexistent) and my SED rate was 99. My u/s shows lobes measuring 51x23x21mm and 50x14x19mm (IS THAT NORMAL??)
I have some nodules 29x18x20 the biggest.. says regions of reduced echo texture suggesting cystic degeneration.. Another nodule is 9x9x14mm and subtle hypoechoic with some hetergeneity of texture
uptake showed normal ranges at 6 and 24 hrs (13/21%)
no evidence of cold nodule
increased activity in rt lobe due to hyperfunctioning nodule.with probable mild suppression of remainder of thyroid
I am only taking Metoprolol (50 mg 1x day) for my heart racing/and i do not know my other t numbers..
my GP tells me I am hyperthyroid and follow up with an endo..and so I wait 7 weeks for appt.. an insight before then would be GREATLY appreciated..
sorry so long!!!

Symtpoms are tired, heat intolerance and increased BM's/diarhea

Your symptoms are like the ones I had 6 months ago. Does thyroid disease run in your family?  A low TSH level means hyperthyroidism or maybe Graves Disease.  Your other levels are normal. I'm not a doctor but speaking of my own experience with the racing heart - agitation - diarhea - sore neck with several nodules on the right and the left lobes Heat intolerance and a TSH level of .02.  It was Hashitoxicosis.  It lasts for about 6 months.  At first you have symptoms of Hyperthyroidism after all the hormones have leaked out of the thyroid you become Hypothyroid which is the opposite or similar to Hashimotos.  This can last approx an additional 3 months and follows by remission. The nodules will shrink during that time. However, most people that have this eventually do get one or the other thyroid problem.  It all depends on how your Thyroid Antibodies. look.  Have you been tested?  I have been in remission for one month now and feel pretty good accept for one nodule that is still bothering me.  Hope you feel better soon.

The thyroid volume is about 37 cu cm, which is about 1.5 times the upper normal size range (mainly due to nodules)
The doctor may consider the biopsy for hypoechoic nodule; you mentioned one nodule is hyperfunctioning (hot), is this biggest one? (If so, no biopsy for it needed).
I am not sure about your particular case, but the nodules in longstanding goiters are becoming “hot” causing hyperthyroidism, common for older adults (45 y.o. and older; this is not Graves disease)
