hypo multi goitor and Vit D deficient?

I'm running out of steam, i have a dx of multi goitor  thyroid  its a glob now not a butterfly shape i have normal like markers yet i have all the hypo symptoms  the pain and tender neck  and lymph nodes are going crzy supposely my blood work is normal so my endo is starting me on synthroid graduating to 100 mcg puttin my thryoid to sleep ? and he said VIT D  has been linked to thyroid problems so my test was dangerously low so i just started 50,000 unit one pill per week  since i am having severe muscle  cramps and pain   MPS  TPS  FIBRO MYALGA  we think? he said VIT D might be part of my problem  also having only one ovary testing my FSH and LH? r/o peri menipasal  at 43
so i am on my way to the ENT see what he says about this neck pain  any thoughts ?

Sorry I don't know much about thyroid cancer or goiters but I do know low Vit D can make thyroid symptoms worse. Mine is also low and I'm going to try adding this to see if regulating can make me feel better. Can't hurt I guess.
