hypothyroid, twitching lips, and numb toes

I am a 22 year old female with hypothyroidism, I am on 50mcg of Synthroid, my question is.. I have been experiencing a few weird things like numb toes (not all the time), cramps in hands and feet (it last for a few days and goes away), and I just noticed that when touch parts of my face my lips twitch, it does not hurt but it is uncomfortable. I would like to know if anyone can help to see if this is normal. If anyone can give me any suggestions I would greatly appropriate it.

I was off on my meds for about a year and did the whole vitamin thing and OMG...never again. I would rather take one pill than 12. I could not do it any more, i was in a lot of pain because of all the vitamins.
