hypothyroid and in pain

hypothyroid with weakness and pain mostly in left leg and arm ,i find it hard to get up or sit or bend or walk at the best of times,tired all the time ,headaches,low ferrtin,low vit D,endco no help gp sending me to neurologist [what do they do pls] am very heavy now ,was 12st last year now almost 17st was diagnosed hypo last summer TSH greater than 100 ,i don;t remember july,aug,or sept

hi ,
tsh on last test was 5.89[ref range3-4.90
ft4 was 12.8[ref 9-19]
am on 125 eltroxin
diagnosed last july tsh greater than 100 ,ft4 5
there seems to be something like knots in my leg and arm, i also have a very small lump on left  arm .heading to see a neurologist on thurs but don't know what to ask or have checked,
gp is brill'

Do you have any recent thyroid hormone test results that you can post?  Be sure to include reference ranges from your lab report, because those vary lab to lab and must come from your own report.  

You're hypothyroid - are you on thyroid replacement hormones?  If so, which one(s) and dosage(s)?

Left side pain is always a concern and should be checked out thoroughly.

Low ferritin and vitamin D can cause hypo-like symptoms......
