interpretation of lab result

My patient who is 17 year old white female currently on nuva ring, and family history of hypothyroidism states has 80% of symptoms compatabile with hypothyroidism, but is having normal periods. her TSH was normal( 2.51) but has slightly elevated T4(12.9) and low T3 Uptake (21)with normal free T3 levels(2.7) her TPO is pending. could this be problem with conversion as this picture does not fit hashimotos, or is the slightly elevated T4 level secondary to the Nuva Ring, which still does not explain the low T3.

Would you please post the reference ranges for T4 (is that free T4 or total T4?), T3 uptake and FT3.  Ranges and units vary lab to lab so have to be posted with results.
