Fever post thyroidectomy

I had a total thyroidectomy a year ago, followed by iodine radiotherapy for a cancer.
It took me months to recover and I never felt really well.
Now I am worse, I feel weak, fatigued and have a slight recurring fever, never higher than 37,5 C° but never remitting (it started months ago and the blood tests don't show infection).
My thyroid related tests are good so far. My endo has planned for more.
My question is:
this fever may be a symptom related to post thyroidectomy or should I seek the cause elsewhere?
Thanks.

Yes, I know but I'm not looking for a complete diagnosis. First thing, I just wanted to know if other people with thyroid problems have  fever as a symptom. If yes I'm ready to post my tests for further confrontation,  If not, probably the cause is different and it is useless to take the trouble.

It will help members give you the best response if you will post your thyroid test results and reference ranges shown on the lab report.  Also, what thyroid meds are you taking and what is the daily dose?
