is this normal??

I've just had my FNA done and will get the results next Wed.(Not a pleasant experience but I've had worse done to me over the years!)
However about two days ago my neck (above the thyroid) has started to become very itchy and dry. I've never experienced this before and am not sure if it's at all connected with the thyroid problem I have (Large solitary nodule (2.5cm) in my left lobe which is also slightly enlarged, normal labs). I haven't changed my soap or perfume etc so know it's not due to an allergic reaction, any clues?

Ok will do, it's been there since yesterday and feels a bit tight, what does it mean?

You could have some irratation coming on. If you notice any swelling or if it becomes red and continues to bother you within another day or tow max - call your doctor
