is this signs of being hypo?

iam going to the doctor in a couple weeks to get blood tests but was wondering if having bad stomach problems,is a sign of hypothyroidism?iam either really constipated and or bloated.bad gas pains that seem to come from about anything i eat.the others would be that choking feeling and my new bladder infection.lol.yeah its gotten progressively worse over the past couple years.

i have been diagonised with hypothyroidism and the only problem i have is that i have stomach    ache and none of the so called typical symtoms of hypo that is feeling fatigued and laziness etc, the only other issue i have is that i feel cold.

Digestion problems can be one of the symptoms of hypothyroid as the digestion process slows down and there can be less stomach acid produced.

But you do not say that you are tired or easily fatigued, most hypos will notice this first.
