Have you tried 125mcg dose?
And also was your FREE T3 done?
This may be high and may be causing the heart palps.
T3 uptake isnt the Free T3...this is what you really need to go by for dosage.

Yes cancer patient and yes we know my tsh needs to be lower, but when we started dose my heart rate would go high starting dose 150mcg levothyroxine.  lowered to 100mcg becasue elevated heart rate, tried to increase to 150mcg couple weeks later same thing happened so lowered to 100mcg.

Your TSH is still high, as a cancer patient, my doctor wants to keep mine at .01 or less.  Are you a cancer patient?  If you are, you have no thyroid, so you don't want to produce thyroid stimulating hormone.  After 6 months, I am in the .04 range, he wants to keep me there until after my thyroglobulin test in June.  I feel pretty good, though.  When you have increased the dose, how much did they increase?  I am on .1875 mcg. of Levothyroixin.
