lack of medication
What would the end result be of not taking prescribed thyroid medication? Had total thyroidectomy twenty years ago and have been taking medication daily.

My goodness -- don't do read up on your condition. Your meds are controlling everything your body needs to survive. I hope you continue your med support.
Death would be the ultimate. If you need it bcz your thyroid is not producing it this would eventually lead to death. It is very imp. to take it as directed & be under a doctor's care very closely while on it.
