I had no idea you also needed thyroid medication. I don't recall you mentioning that.
Yep, everyone is different in their bodies' reactions. I do mine every morning at 5:30am. It just makes it easier for me with the eating. My alarm will go off, I reach over grab the pill & sip with water, & back to bed. If I am out of town i use my cell phone alarm. For me it just keeps me with having to deal with when I can eat or what I should eat.
I think the key point is if taking it at this time yields positive results of few or no symptoms and balanced thyroid levels when you have regular blood tests. You prescribing doc would be the first to check with RE: this. If it is difficult to ask your doctor, check with your pharmacist.
I take my thyroid pills at night with a couple of other meds, and I am very stable. Of course, everyone is different, so you need to check with your health providers.
