Hi,
I too have problems with my doctor's office not giving me info. It took a whole week for them to let me know I was hyper form the synthroid and it was imperative I changed my dose immediately! I knew I was overdosed as I was having palpitations, couldn't sleep etc.
I also have a nodule, which is growing despite the high synthroid, which was supposed to make it stop.  I had one biopsy which was inconclusive, so now they want to do another. My PCP said 'get it removed' but  I am against surgery as I've had quite a bit in my life.
The biopsy is not too bad, just a little uncomfortable as they stretch your neck back
( I've had a cervical spinal fusion so I think it was a bit more problematic for me)

Good luck with your biopsy.  I hope your doc is a bit better at prescribing the right dose than mine! I've had my dose changed 3 times in the last two months.

Thanks for the reply. I ws beginning to feel relly lousy,  was having trouble getting my prescription refilled ( some office people don't take these things very seriously.) and couldn't get much of an answer from the pharmacist.
I got some bad news about the nodules they found and I have to have a biopsy. I have no idea what to expect and am really apprehensive.

At first - I doubt you will notice much change, but as time goes by and you are clearly become hypothyroid, you definately start to feel very ill.
