my doctor just diagnoised me.
My doctor diagnoised me with hypothyroidism on friday and I m not sure what supplements to take or how to gain the weight back tha I have lost. I feel stressed out ad overwhelmed all of the time. How do you deal with this disease?

If you have hypothyroidism, doctor should write you prescription for thyroid hormone replacement supplement. You should follow the druggist instructions that are on the bottle and the pamphlet instructions which comes with it. Then minimum of 6 weeks to maximum of 12 weeks after starting the meds. go back to doctors for retest.
