I think the latest recommendation on vitamin D is to keep it towards the top of the range.  YOur previous 88 was actually pretty ideal, I'd think.  Glad you are feeling good! :)

Glad to hear that you're feeling relatively well.

Your vitamin D is still near the lower end of the range; that can cause symptoms, as well.  I have to keep both my vitamin D and B12 at or near the top of the range to feel well.

endo appointment today. 2 and a half hours at doctors office. why are Endos always backed up ???  . 1 person in front of me!!! everytime!! ./ oh well.!  dose was reduced to 184//// 92 twice daily said she didn't want to reduce too much just enough to get a little higher in range help with sleeping take the edge off.  not to go to hypo side and keep energy, makes sense.  so was reduced from 200 to 190 to 184 over the last 6 months or so. fell pretty good overall.  retest numbers  again in 6 weeks  thanks for help/info everyone. I agree with gimel and goolarra; your levels are looking pretty good and since you are feeling better, it would seem that you're almost where you need to be.  Maybe one more slight decrease will help resolve the insomnia.  Congratulations!!
