You also posted additional info on another thread so I copied and pasted it below so that all your info is here.

I started taking armour thyroid 6 months ago and my hair started falling out, A nurse practitioner put me on the medication now the doctor in the office looked at my labs and said I should have never been put on thyroid meds. I have stopped taking the meds 3 weeks ago and my hair is still falling out, will this stop and when? Would love your input."

First I cannot imagine any side effects from quitting such a small dose of Armour.  Also, Armour is not the likely culprit causing your hair to fall out.  It is much more likely that in response to starting on Armour, your TSH level dropped and your output of natural thyroid hormone was also reduced.  Serum thyroid levels are the sum of both natural thyroid hormone and thyroid medication.  So, we hear quite often of a member starting on a low dose of thyroid med and actually feeling no better (or even worse) because there was no improvement in Free T4 and Free T3 levels.  Only when the dosage becomes large enough to suppress TSH will serum thyroid hormone levels reflect further increases in thyroid medication.

So it would be very helpful if you will post your thyroid related test results and reference ranges shown on the lab report.  Also, please tell us about any other symptoms you have.
