pituitary/thyroid disorder

I have been loseing alot of hair lately and i have notice an imbalance in my hormones due to the eczema i have been experienceing... i also have been experiencing the tired/fatigue feeling and irregular periods (almost never without the pill or some other treatment)

I recently had my blood taken by my gyno to diagnose possible hypothyroidism but my results came back and didnt show this...
TSH 0.46
FT4: 0.82
FT3:3.0

FTI
T3 uptake: 39.7
T4, Total: 4.74
FTI Index: 4.7

Can you please tell me whats going on?!?! I have seen a gynolcologist, endocrinologist and general doc and no one seems to be telling me there is anything wrong....

lastly, a 3mm nodule was found on my thyroid and was diagnosed as "unremarkable"

Thanks for your help and time
Brittany

I agree with AR, your thyroid levels look good......I definately think you need further gyno evaluation. Have them evaluate you for PCOS. A complete hormone panel.....and vit/mineral workup.
A sure sign that something is wrong in the hormone dept. is the fact you don't get a period without the pill and you are only 23.

Your thyroid tests look fine. Perfectly normal.

Ask for adrenal testing.
I assume the Gyno also tested all the hormones under his/her "domain"...

Has anyone looked for vitamin or mineral deficiencies?
