really low tsh normal free T3 FreeT4 and T3 uptake

I have been having pretty much all but a few symptoms of hypothyroidism. Had blood work done which is TSH .07 Free T4 =1.4 Free T3 365 and t3 uptake 35. I have an appointment on the 23rd with an endocrinologist but my nerves are shot worrying over this. I also have slightly elevated cholesterol 219 with hdl 65 and ldl 133 fasting. Blood sugar 101 Fasting. Other than raynaud's and GERD no serious illnesses. Any ideas what this could mean? Thanks
Erin

My turn to say phew!  Your symptoms do sound hypo, but as you know, they can be symptoms of many things.  There is just absolutely nothing in your labs that suggests hypo.  As I said, if I just looked at labs, I could say, "well, maybe borderline hyper", but not hypo.  Were any other thyroid tests run?  Antibodies?  Were you referred to an endo based on these labs?

Your FT4 looks really good...just over midrange.  FT3 is also good in the upper third of its range.  T3 uptake is a little on the high side, indicating hypERthyroid, but it's considered an obsolete test and has been replaced by FT3.  Your TSH is a bit on the low side, but since TSH is a pituitary hormone, it is much less important than your actual thyroid hormones, FT3 and FT4.  If I were just looking at your labs and hadn't heard your symptoms, I'd say that, if anything, you MIGHT be bordering on HYPER.  What are your exact symptoms?
