My Blood test results. Im 14

Im 14. Female. I posted about my worries before. We are yet to go to the doctor with results
WBC 7.7 Reference Range 4.8- 10.8 x 10E9/L
ESR 27MM/HR Reference range women : 0-20MM/HR Westergren
TS3 1.0 Reference range 0.6 - 1.85ng/ml
TS4 7.0 Reference range 4.5 - 12.5 ug/dL
TSH 1.17 Reference Range 0.35 - 5.50
Lymphocytes% 36.8 Reference Range Units- 20 - 40%
HCT 34.4
MCHC  34.2 Reference range 32-36(.9? Couldnt see)
RDW-CV 15.4 Reference range  11.5 (Or .O/.6 i couldnt see) - 14.5(Or .6 couldnt see)

Your symptoms indicate, both, hypothyroidism and low vitamin B-12...

Do you know if you've been tested for thyroid antibodies to determine if you might have Hashimoto's Thyroiditis?  If not, you should be.

Have you had a thyroid ultrasound that shows nodules on your thyroid?  Nodules are common with Hashimoto's...

When do you plan to go to the doctor?  You should go soon.  Adequate thyroid hormones are essential for proper growth and development.  At 14, you aren't full grown and your body isn't fully developed.

Yes I have fatigue, but now i'm more restless and tired at the same time. But I have all the symptoms of a thyroid condition. Except for the neck bulge/nodule

Are you having symptoms of a thyroid condition?  Both you're Ft 3 and Ft 4 are below the recommended mid range.

Also your RDW is over range, indicating that your vitamin B12 level might be low. If fatigue is one of your symptoms I suggest getting B12 level tested...
