disappearing reappearing goiter

As long as i can remember, around 8 years old. when ever i exercise or hold my breath, a lump appeared on my neck. the lump goes away when my heart rate slows. afterwards i feel lightheaded. i told this to several doctor, they said i was okay. but the last one stated i had a goiter. i won't need surgery to remove it yet. and i need to limit my physical activity.

the question i want to ask, "Is this an abnormal type of goiter" or "am i overly focused about this"

i had an ultrasound done. they found abnormality stated it is most likely a goiter. i have 2 full blood test within the next week. my doctor said when she gets the results back from all the test, she will make her final diagnosis. i will have the blood test done today and again next week. just to make sure it is not from other medical problems

what really bothers me the most is that none of the doctor i seen until this one reqiured me to undergo test, and said i was okay and my breathing problems cam from asthma.

I don't think any goiter issue to normal. Have you been tested  for iodine deficiency?
