If your thyroxine has increased or changed.. headaches can be associated with the change until you adjust. Is this a new month from when you started taking the script?

Throxine I believe is generic thyroid and the manufactures may change up different fillers on lot numbers. Also the ranges of actual hormones vary more script ot script depending on those lot numbers with generic meds.

You metobolism will slow until your thyroid hormones become stable again. Weight gain is common.

Hi,

if the headache came on ly in the past 2 weeks then it is not from the medicine.  Think you should ask your doctor about the headache.

Hi,

yes underfunctioning thyroid is defintiely major contributor to the weight gain.

If you are properly medicated you should find it possible to start losing the weight.
