I think I am going to die.....a few more things!

I forgot to mention a few additional symptoms......I am tired all the time, as soon as I get home form work I have to veg out on the sofa and always fall asleep for an hour or so. But, as odd as it may sound I have trouble falling asleep at night......I have to take 50mg of Benadryl almost everynight just to get to sleep :(   Also, I have noticed a degree of "brain fog" and seem to forget things. This is not my norm, I usually can remember every detail of the day. Man this has to stop!

50 mgs of Benedryl will cause Brain fog as well.......you shouldn't be taking that for sleeping problems.
Try something more natural like melatonin.....valerian...etc.

I don't know what time you get home from work, but I get home about 3:00 in the afternoon and I know if *I* take a nap at that time of day, I can't sleep when I go to bed either.  Hard as it is, I have to force myself to keep going until bed time in order to be able to get to sleep.

I'm sorry, I don't recall for sure, if you posted labs -- blame it on the thyroid brain fog - but it seems like you did.  Have you been diagnosed with a thyroid issue?
