thyroid/pregnancy

i have been having problems with my thyroid for the past few years now and just this year have been taking thousands of test to figure whats wrong... i've seen/met doctors after doctors after doctors and still no one seems to have an answer.. i've had all sorts of test done and i keep passing.. but when you look at my neck its clear to see theres something not right. some times theres alot of pain and always alot of swelling.. i was just wondering is it safe to be pregnant and not know what kind of thyroid problem i have even though the test keep coming back fine?

Are you having any particular symptoms? What were the reasons for all the testing?

Were you tested for Hashimotos and Graves diseases? Autoimmune diseases can show symptoms long before test results show a problem.
