Sounds like you might want to consult with a different doctor.

Went to doctor last Wednesday and he just said basically due to heat , work and my being over weight. He didnt run any labs or testing of Amy sort. I am so tired of feeling tired and the constant worry. Knowing there is something wrong but not knowing what it is. Thanks for responding.

Have you had any endocrine testing done by your doctor? I would suggest getting a thyroid panel done such as TSH, Free T4, Free T3. Have you had a complete metabolic panel done lately and your B12, Iron, Ferritin and Vit D3?  The only way to know for sure what is going on is to have the tests done. The sooner you figure it out the quicker you can figure out how to get well.
