savansavan... Both your FT4 and FT3 are lower in the ranges than we'd recommend, indicating that you have hypothyroidism. However, your TSH is much lower in the range than we'd expect with low thyroid hormone levels.
The recommendation for Free T4 is about mid range; your Free T4 is only at 23% of its range. The recommendation for Free T3 is upper half to upper third of its range; yours is only at 34% of the range.
If you have symptoms of hypothyroidism, I'd suggest you talk to your doctor about the possibility of Central hypothyroidism, which is a problem with the pituitary/hypothalamus axis, in which there is not enough TSH, from the pituitary gland, to stimulate the thyroid to produce adequate thyroid hormones. Central hypothyroidism is, often, missed, because doctors only really look at the TSH and seeing it low in the range, they assume the patient is fine, when, in fact, they are not.
Even if you have Central hypothyroidism, it must be treated with replacement thyroid hormones in order to relieve symptoms.
Can you please tell of what, if any, symptoms you have?
