Hello mam, I have been reading your posts and they are very interesting. I have had Hypothyroidism for about  20 years now and have had Diabetes for 5 years.  My last thyroid test result was 10.5 and My levolthyroxine was raised from 125mcg to 150mcg two weeks ago.  My sugar levels have been up and down. I have a headache and feel nauseated all the time. Can you please give me some insight on what is going on with me please?

Just because test results are in the so-called "normal" range does not mean they are adequate for you.  The ranges are far too broad for that to be the case.  Please post your actual thyroid test results and their reference ranges, so that members can better assess the adequacy of your treatment.  Also, please tell us about any symptoms you have.
