I have read articles that say a change in TSH of more than 0.75 is significant. Yours changed by about 1.1.
I hope the endo tests it again. He/she should and you should ask them too as well.

0.795 is not considered hyperthyroid. It is a normal result.

0.3 is usually the bottom end of the reference range.

Good point about the free t4, dialysis. I looked it up and even the non-dialysis has the same range.

The 1.68 is within normal range, but going from .795 to 1.69 in one week is weird.  .795 is extremely hyperthyroid.  How did it get to the normal range within 1 week?  Did they give you some kind of medication to do this?

Actually, my lab has a reference range of 0.8 - 1.7 for T4 FREE Dialysis.  I'm not sure if it is the same as just the Free T4.  What was your TSH reading.  This is the one that they use to determine whether you are hypo or hyper.

Do you have your test results?  It will tell you the "in range" numbers.
