not sure what is going on

I am new to graves and finally got some levels back on my thyroid .Diagnosed with graves in nov.2013. my levels in dec. where tsh .03 and ft4 0.73 don't know my ft3 didn't send that one to me.  I have gained 18 pounds since nov. now my legs are swelling bad and bloating severe gone from a size 8 to 12. my b12 in nov. was 1200 now it is 1138 I have migraines about every other day and blurred vision. I see the endo in feb. I called the first of January and he wasn't concerned with my levels. I hope to get into another endo, where I live they are hard to get into about 6 months since there are not many around. Does this sound like others with these issues?

I agree with goolara, you sound over medicated on anti-thyroid drugs. Your B-12 is actually still good even if it dropped a bit, you want that high up in range and it looks as though you're well up there still. You might want to ask about other vitamin tests to be sure about levels f things, but your FT4 looks pretty low to me, even though you didn't post a range. And I also agree about asking to get FT3 tested.

What dose are you on right now medication wise? You might want to try splitting it in half just to see if that helps ease your symptoms before you get in to your endo appointment. Docs need to pay more attention to your symptoms and not your labs-everyone has different symptoms at different levels. Example: going by past levels and symptoms, I feel best with an Ft4 at about 1.3-1.4 in my range,  and an FT3 at about a 3, even though 3 is too low in the basic Ft3 range for some and they'll feel hypo. However, any higher in either of these ranges, and I get hyper like symptoms. Everyone is different.

What's the reference range on your FT4?  It might be worth it to call your doctor and ask for your FT3 result and reference range just to make sure he actually ordered FT3.

It looks to me like you might be overmedicated.
