tsh in pregnent
Could you tell me what's normal tsh in 6-7 weeks of pregnent?
actually i'm in 7 week pregnency. i'm thyriod patient already, i'm "under". i had operation in 2002. now i'm still taking levothyroxine. last week i had blood test and i had 4,1 TSH and 13,0 FT4.
in pregnancy tsh can be very low (something to do with estrogen binding to the hormone), without it being a concern.
Target tsh, if you are on meds, is usually around 1 or less in pregnancy AND ft4 mid to upper of the normal range.
