I m 19 ,when i was 8 yrs old i had my thyroid gland removed due to cancer in gland i m too skiny my height is 5.6 nd weight is 39 kgs i wnt to gain some weight pls tell me wht should i do to gain weight pls hlp

You need to have thyroid tests done.  FREE T3, FREE T4 and TSH.  They should be done a minimum of every six months.  You haven't been tested in almost three years.  Your thyroid levels are probably off, and it will be almost impossible for you to change your weight until your meds have been adjusted.  You should see a doctor as soon as possible and adjust your meds.

If your metabolism is too fast, you could be over medicated.  You've been taking 100 mcg since 2002; has this symptom recently appeared?  Have you had any luck getting your lab report?  When was the last time you had blood drawn for thyroid tests?

I can't tell you anything without more information.  You don't have a thyroid anymore, so the only thyroid hormones you are getting is your meds.  If you can't gain weight, there's a good possibility that you are over medicated.  How much thyroxine do you take?

Please try to get the results of your thyroid tests.  If your levels are too high, it's going to be hard to gain weight.

Do you have other symptoms?  Heat intolerance?  Insomnia?  Hand tremors?  Anxiety?  Increased heart rate and/or blood pressure?

Please post recent thyroid test results with reference ranges.  Ranges vary lab to lab, so they have to come from your own lab report.
