what do i need to do

my body shakes 90% of time, came on in the last 3 months, I'm 47, good health, eat very health,y excerise,. I do have thryroid problems, but numbers are fine now. I have mvp, and i don't know what's going on. I shake when I'm calm, watch tv, wake up shaking, if I get nervouse they get worse or like hold a cup of tea is hard, typing is hard, and writing,.  When I wash dishes I often drop things, like by hands just have a force on surge and sometimes toss sothing im holding. If I hold by dody thought (like stiffing the muscles it makes me feel like i'm not shaking where people see it) it's not that noticiable , but people do see it if i have to be still or having to do things with my hands,  I can't eat around people because I cant hold my fork still, but even though its in my hands the most i feel it in my legs, and trunk, sometimes i look in the mirrow and my whole body is moving, when i thought no one could tell.  My doctor put me on prozac, it is not helping.  If i drink alchole it, will take it away, and zantac.  I don't like either one of these thought, cause I don't know what is the real reason.  I am not drepressed or neverous.  please help me .

my test results  T4  12.9             my THS 0.135
I know this is overactive, and hyper, but my doctor just said it's mostly my nerves, tyroid is not that bad.  I really don't feel like I'm ok,
Please help

Dr. Lupo isn't on this forum. You need to go back to the expert forum. This is for patients.

to write me back, and I will go to that link and look.

If the doc only tests the T4 and TSH, then time for a new doc.

Your doctor should be testing your FreeT4 and FreeT3 plus TSH.

I don't know the ranges for your T4 test, but your TSH is low and you have hyperthyroid symptoms. Has the doc ever run a thyroid ultrasound or tested you for Graves?

This doctor is clearly ignoring your hyper symptoms and low TSH. Time for a new doc. Here's a list of recommended thyroid docs.
