Its hit and miss, I had 3 biopsies done on my Thyroid nodule, but after they removed my thyroid they found out it was cancer, however for 3 years they told me it was not cancer. Its hit and miss.

We'd really like to help you, but none of us are equipped with an answer for that type of question without knowing more.  You need to rely upon your doctor for that type of information.  Once you find out the status of your condition, we can suggest things that have helped us or someone we know, or diet, or second opinion doctors.  Please do keep us posted.  Try to remember in these anxiety-filled days until you get your answer, that if the nodule is malignant, medical science has come a long, long way, and you have an excellent chance of a full recovery.  Research a lot, so you'll know what questions to ask.  We certainly wish you luck.  Do let us know what happens.

Any more info about large nodule??
Irregular borders?
blood flow?
calcification?
if any of the above are present, the chance of cancer is 20%
