when to test?

i am taking 131 mcg t4 at night and i just started taking some t3 during the day.  Going on vacation and wanted to have some labs done today.   When do i test in correlation to the cytomel dosing?

I feel great...   FINALLY some relief.   T3 is amazing.   got my labs back:

TSH 2.27   ranges .4  to  4.5
t4 free 1.4     0.8 to 1.8
t3 free 3.7   2.3 to 4.2

Most places I read that you should wait until after blood draw to take any T3 med.  I guess that avoids the possibility of false high result.  Maybe it also helps avoid making the doctor nervous by T3 being higher than he likes to see.  LOL
