Thanks SamPCS, I know that the cetriz., is only temp and is relieving the pressure. I find a lot of rest and not so much looking at the computer screen, tv, or print up close eases the headaches a little. Anyways, Thank you and good fortune on your adventure with your conditions.

Good and thanks for the tip.  You got lucky.  I tried it before and didn't work.  My issue is from TBI and probably something to do with vision and ears.

The allergy Med is called cetrizine 10 mg I take 1 in the morning. Prescribed from my Dr. It eased up the nasal and eye pressure and I am able to function.

Thanks for the info, I will be seeing my Dr. in the next couple days for a referral. For the time being my prescribed allergy meds have eased my symptoms. Thank you again.

I had a mild TBI and diagnosed with PCS about 2 + years ago. I have similar symptoms and doing Vision Therapy, Meditation and some Yoga.  There are many different approaches to get relief and difficult thing is to find the right med, therapy, procedure etc.,

Find trained medical professionals who know about Concussions (which is very important and I cannot stress more).  Also try alternative treatments like Neurofeedback, Trigger Point therapy etc., to get some relief.
