Should I be conserned?

Sorry for my terrible spelling in advance, Hahah.
I fainted the other day whilst I was describing a scary movie to my father. I have a "condition" if you want to call it that called vasovagal synope, this is where I pass out/ faint due to a triggered problem, mine is blood and needles and gore. When i fainted I think I hit my head on the right side because it is really starting to hurt and throb. That night I found that my left eye kept twitching and ever since my eye keeps twitching to the point where I have to ru my eyes and face because it keeps happening...
Should I be worried as the right side of your brain controls the left side of your body..? Please help!!!!

well thats good that there was a witness to your fall and you didnt harm your head

My father, who was there at the time said I didn't exactly hit my head. I was sitting on the floor when i was describing it but I like feel over whilst sitting down, if that makes sense.

You could have a slight concussion.

If I were you, I would see the doctor right away.

The thing I am concerned about is my eye is twitching alot and it is only that eye and it has only started since I fainted. I am going to see a doctor next week to see if anything is wrong.

Its usually recommend to see a doctor and get checked out if you have a fall and hit your head, especially if your were unconscious at all during the fall or right after the fall.  (fainting counts as unconscious)  Hopefully the twitching is unrelated, but better safe than sorry.  Twitching can be from a lack of sleep and high stress. but to be honest the fact that you head hurts and in throbbing is more concerning to me.
