Hi,
How old are you? Have you been able to identify a trigger for these headaches?
These headaches could be due to chronic sinusitis or ear infection. I would suggest you to take steam inhalation and OTC decongestants and see is these help. At the same time you can schedule an appointment with a physician and undergo some tests like X ray skull.
If none of these treatments work, I suggest you see a neurologist and/or consider getting A ct scan done to rule out a serious problem.
Hi,
This could be either a sinus head ache or amigraine, both of which could be chronic conditions.
A migraine is also often accompanied by other signs and symptoms, such as nausea, vomiting, and extreme sensitivity to light and sound. Migraine pain can be excruciating and may incapacitate you for hours or even days.Do you experience any of these?
Hormonal changes ,foods like chocolate; fermented, pickled or marinated foods; aspartame; overuse of caffeine; monosodium glutamate — a key ingredient in some Asian foods; certain seasonings; and many canned and processed foods,, stress and lack of sleep are some of the triggers.
Nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs). These medications, such as ibuprofen (Advil, Motrin, others) or aspirin can abort an attack if taken as soon as pain begins.
Sinus head aches will be associated with other symptoms of sinusitis and may require anti-biotics to treat it.
