Strange Feeling in Head
I am a 16 year old male and i have lately for the last month been feeling a weird sensation like butterflies in my stomach but in my head. I have noticed my right ear also rings when its late at night or when im in a quite room i can get blue dots in my vison that last for no longer than a second at the most. The feeling can be calm or very intense but at no point have i had severe pain. The feeling makes make curious more than anything. I also have the feeling slightly in my chest. It does not seem to have a pattern of when it intensifies but can come on if i think about it being somthing scary or when i see a tv programme where somone has got a seriouse head condition or think about one of my friends who has had a brain tumor. I have hayfever but has not been too bad this year. I have been to the doctor and she said it could be anxiety or a tension headace, and did go off for a week when i totally forgot about it but one day i though about it and just like magic the feeling came back on again.

Could i also please add that my eyes seem to be constantly blood shot and i am dreaming every night opposed to before this i rarely did. Is this my allergies or anixety. Possibly both?

Well your symptoms can be due to anxiety and stress or they can be due to an early stage of depression. Severe acidity too could be the cause. Take Omeprazole empty stomach in morning and an antacid gel at bedtime. Refrain from smoking, alcohol, fuzzy drinks and spicy food. See if this helps.
Exercise regularly, eat healthy, and take up yoga or some stress busting activity.
