Lack of memory concentration

Hi,
i am suffering from number miscalculation , this incident started 2 years ago , i would read number 269, and write it down as 289. in multiple choice i will choose later A and i will circle B instead. If test stated i will suffer from hight anxiety where i was not experince that through my entire live am now 32.I can not concentrate ,and i feel that my eyes is moving around , chronic headache . I went to doctor and advised me to reduce stress where i can not do ,because it is part of my life. usually i feel pain in the lower part of my head the right side. But what i care about is to control the anxiety and the number calculation.

As this problem occured starting 2 yrs ago you say, did you hit your head in some way? This is sign of head trauma, but if not then stress can cause similar symptoms that you are describing.

Hi,

Please relax. I would suggest to you to do some breathing exercises and go for short walks during the day. A mild tranquiliser in the night will also help you. Try to identify the stressful areas in your life and list down points as to how you can go about reducing them. Please socialize more and share your problems with friends and family. I hope this makes you feel better.
