Spastic hemiplegia as you have is due to involvement of middle cerebral artery during a TBI. I am sorry to say but there is no cure for this. While, 100% recovery may not be possible, physical therapy helps improve function in affected limbs. Braces may be needed for a long time. You must consult a good physiotherapist and build up these exercises in your routine life. Occupational therapy and counseling will help you become more independent. Take care!
