Fell and hit my head 2 months ago and sti numbness

Hello.

In the beginning of January I slipped on wet tiles and fell face forward into the wall. After a trip to hospital and being all stiched up I came back home with no serious head injuries. Just a huge cut on my forhead.

It has been 2 months now, the wound area is still quite sensitive to touch. And I am experiencing a lot (and sometimes it feels worst than other times) numbness from my forhead all the way up to the middle of my head at the back. (Hope this makes sense) and when I touch the wound area I feel it on different areas on my head.
I am just wondering if this is normal? I have no idea what happens after an injury like this as,its my first time ever getting stiches after an injury.
Should I be concerned?

Thank you.
Claudia
