Thank you for your feedback, and suggestions...I really appreciate it. I put up two posts today that I thought were going to come up next to eachother as I just had more to say and had exceeded the character limit in my first question...so what you read up top here was the second half of the questions...sorry...my mistake....I think it is important that I relay some important information from the first half of the question that is posted elsewhere....I caused this injury(sharp pain in top of head above temple) by putting pressure up there using my jaw by extending it downward and putting alot of force into it. This was due to an anxiety attack I was experiencing...sometimes I can control my anxiety and let it go and other times I do stupid things like putting pressure on my temple using my jaw and facial muscles....not something that is very typical but that is how the injury happened it didnt just come out of the blue...after I stopped putting the pressure and released I felt the sharp pain...4 days later I closed only my left eye and felt a pop in that area....2 months later I started to experience numbness/tingling and hot sensations throughout my body....the temple area started to twitch and felt very sore...the sharp pain eventually subsided but then my body started to twitch alot everywhere including involuntary twitches of tendons in my elbows and knees....I read that this could be a sign of upper motor neuron damage and this is what I am worried about...all the doctors look at me like Im crazy which I am for doing this to myself but they dont believe that I put enough pressure in my upper temple to cause any damage....one said that I may have pinched a nerve in my neck and felt the pain in my head..I do know that my symptoms originated from the self-imposed injury on my temple/top of head....still feel like things are moving around up there and feel sore...my body is still having spasms and weakness I feel like Im losing some coordination and the popping sound almost like crunching in my temple happens from time to time if I squint in the sunlight...Im very worried that I have a progressive nerve disorder thats affecting  my muscles....my neck makes tightening noises when I bring it down to my sternum and raise it back up to normal position almost like a wrench tightening and its only of the left side where I strecthed the temple...does this info change things in terms of your opinion? Thanks for you time I really appreciate it!

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi
Welcome to the MedHelp forum!
Dehydration and electrolyte imbalance, muscle fatigue, pinched nerve due to wrong posture could be the cause. Change your posture and drink some fluids and see. I would suggest you get the blood levels of the following checked if they have not already been checked: potassium, calcium, sodium, magnesium, vitamin B complex, or vitamins B1, B3, or B6 and Vitamin D. Generally deficiencies of any of the above can cause muscle twitching and spasms in localized or generalized areas of the body. Get your kidney function, parathyroid gland function and adrenal function tests done because these affect the electrolyte balance in the body. Stress, alcohol, caffeine and fatigue all cause similar symptoms. Hence if you take alcohol or coffee then cut this down. Sleep at regular hours and see if it helps. Certain sleep disorders and peripheral nerve disorders due to diabetes or hypothyroidism can also be the cause.
Since I cannot examine you and know other related conditions you may be having, nor is a detailed history possible on net, I have listed the various possibilities that should be looked into. Please consult your PCP for primary examination followed by proper referral.
Take care!
