Hi,

How are you?
Pressure headache with light headedness and tender scalp suggests the possibility of sinusitis. Since your X ray is also showing thickening of the sinuses, it is the most likely cause in your case.
Recurrent sinusitis is a possibility in your case. Since you are not responding to the current antibiotics, you may need a stronger antibiotic.
In recurrent sinusitis antibiotics have to be taken for as long as 4 weeks before any relief is obtained.
Please relax and discuss this possibility with your doctor. Take care!
