Hi,

A person having an epileptic seizure is unaware of his/ her immediate surroundings. There is a possibility of faking in this case.

i posted a comment not so long ago about my friend at school who got rushed to hospital in an ambualnce after getting hit in the head with a bat. she was lying on the floor saying she felt sick and fading in and out of consciousness and also couldnt speak well (slured speach) which al looked real until later.I noticed when the paramedics got there when she kept all the other characteristics the same but spoke perfectly telling them in detail what had happened. also when she was 'unconscous' her eyes where flickering really bad and she kept moveing her arm out of the way when the paramedic was leaning over her. for her entire saty in the hospital she said she had a headache but only looked 'tired' when the nurse etc came in to c her. im just suspiscious thatsa all because she has been dragging that out for weeks now and i personally feel she wasted alot of peoples time. i could be wrong but that is just my personal opinion

Why would you think someone is faking a concussion?  What's making you suspicious?

Hi,

How are you?
Fake seizures are very difficult to tell as some people fake them very well. An EEG will help in differentiating between a real seizure and a fake one.
