headache related to rice

I am having deep headache every time I eat rice, any kind of rice. Once i stop I can spend month not having the head pain. I am starting having it in my early 40's and still goes on. I am almost 50 now. If I take a teaspoon of rice I just have to wait early in the morning around 6:00 the headache will start. Rice is food is the mean meal in my household.
I would like to know if somone else experience this symptome and have a suggestion.

I have no word to thank you for your answer, I promise to myself to follow your instruction. My parents are both diabetic and I am pretty sure blood glucose plays a role in this subject matter.

The headaches could be due to rice allergy—either to its protein or to the carbohydrate. Normally the allergy causes nausea, vomiting, stomach ache and rash.
Another possibility is that eating rice causes your blood sugar to fluctuate. This can also cause headaches. Though a rare disorder, pancreatic insulinomas should also be thought of in your case and have someone check your blood sugar while you eat. The hypoglycemia in this is transient following food and there is a quick increase in blood glucose once you eat. With rice the sugar could be fluctuating more.
Hence it is important to monitor blood sugar  after meals at varying intervals.
Since I cannot examine you and know other related conditions you may be having, nor is a detailed history possible on net, I have listed the various possibilities that should be looked into. Please consult your PCP to run tests and examination, and maybe a referral to an endocrinologist to clinch a diagnosis.
