pressure on top of head

Hi my name is josh and i am 16 years old i am just getting over a cough and i have some pressure on the top of my head toward the front. this has been happening for about 1 hour. it is not alot of pain only like a 3 out of 10. i am wondering if i should go to the doctor. Also i would like some ideas of what it could be. Thanks alot in advance for everyone who repiled

i went to doctor and they said i have middle ear infection i am on antibiotics and the pain on top of my head went away now i have some pain on the left side of my head it feel like pressure and i am worring if this could be a brain tumor. the left side is the side that has the ear infection. could that be the cause of the pressure

If you had cough and now have frontal headache, the most likely cause is sinusitis. The other possibility is raised intracranial pressure due to cough. Please consult an ENT specialist to rule out sinusitis first. Take steam and see if it helps clear the headache to some extent. If because of cough you could not sleep properly, then this too could cause headache. Hence get proper sleep and see if this goes away.
