CM= cervical mucous
CD= cycle day (so if it has a number after it then thats how far someone is in their cycle)
whats the full form of CM and and CD6/9??? its very hard to understand the terms since i have been unaware of all this terms....
kindly help so i can understand and try out with suggestions too...
Everyone is different when it comes to CM and when and how much will show up! I remember tracking CM as early as CD6 and I have a later cycle. That's what's good about keeping track and finding the trend in your cycle and then you will know what's normal for you. If your cycle is 28 days then you'll probably ovulate around the 14th day of your cycle so test a few days leading up to it and keep going till you see a surge I guess.
Good luck!
