Maybe?

Ok...my husband and I have been trying to get pregnant for a while now. I have PCOS so the process has been slower than I would have liked it to be :(. Anyway, I have slight headaches for the past couples days and cramping in the lower part of my stomach and lower part of my back. I haven't been interested in food the last couple days either. I had left a bowl of BBQ sauce on the island last night. When I smelled it, I thought I was going to throw up everywhere. I tried to eat a Pop-Tart, got half way through it, and got sick to my stomach again. Within a couple minutes I had to run to the bathroom. I didn't vomit, but I had diarrhea (this is the 2nd day in a row for that). My breasts don't hurt. Are they supposed to if I'm pregnant?

The problem with PCOS is...I rarely have a period so I don't know when to take a pregnancy test. Could I be pregnant? If I am, I don't think I'm that far along.

I'm just curious... did you get a BFP??

my in my 2ww... I think... I'm borderline PCOS and my BBT is all over the place... so I'm not really sure... but I've been having so many symptoms...but they could also be AF symptoms... so I'm unsure... just wondering if you got your BFP?

Thank you!

PCOS is so obnoxious...in more way than one. I don't want to get my hopes up because of that. When I do have a period, I have very little symptoms that's why I got a little excited. I took a test, but it was negative. I'm wondering if it was too early. I'm going to wait a week or two and take another one.

Headaches, cramping,  lower back pain, and eating irregularities w/ diarrhea can be signs of pregnancy, but they can also be premenstrual symptoms and AF is on her way within the next day or so.  If I were you, I'd go ahead and take an early response HPT with first morning urine.  If the HPT shows a BFN and AF doesn't show, wait a couple more days to take another HPT.

Achieving pregnancy with PCOS can be very tricky because its very hard to determine a projected date for ovulation.  I'd encourage you to visit your obgyn or an RE to discuss fertility options and treatments.  You're still very young and this could be an easy hump to crossover with a little help.  Good luck!!
